[Remote] Manager, Operations – Global Business Applications

The Manager of Operations for the Global Business Applications practice is responsible for driving operational reputed company and ensuring successful client delivery through effective resource planning and operational metrics.
Responsibilities
- Partner with GBA leadership to establish and run the weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating reputed company
- Facilitate proactive operational reviews to support accurate financial, time, and utilization forecasting across primary GBA programs

Skills
- 5+ years of experience in delivery operations, business operations, or consulting operations
- Strong understanding of services businesses/consulting operations. Including how sales pipeline, delivery forecasting, resource planning, staffing, utilization and financial performance connect together
- Ability to reputed company and meet the business where it is
- Strong reputed company and PowerPoint skills; Power BI experience is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
