[Remote] Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• The referrals product roadmap for both the Refer (sending) and Acquire (receiving) sides of the platform
• Firm reputed company and activation — reducing time-to-first-value for new firms
• Engagement and relationship loops — mechanics that increase return visits, response rates, and depth of participation
• Key metrics: response time, conversion, expiration reputed company
• Post-conversion workflows — what happens after a referral is sent: updates, communication, transparency
• Customer feedback loops — firm interviews, session observation, low-fidelity experiments, and iteration

Skills

• Consumer-growth instincts applied to B2B workflows — you've reputed company activation loops, engagement mechanics, or reputed company flows and know how to translate them to a professional audience
• 5–7+ years of product management experience spanning consumer or high-engagement products and B2B execution
• Build a strong reputed company of view from customer conversations and product data — and can stand behind it
