[Remote] Growth Marketing Manager

The role involves owning the strategy and execution of integrated demand reputed company programs, collaborating cross-functionally to build effective marketing campaigns, and optimizing reputed company conversion metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end demand reputed company campaigns – from planning and segmentation through execution, follow-up, and performance reporting
• Serve as the primary executor and best-practices champion for Pardot, including emails, reputed company pages, forms, smart lists, reputed company nurturing, and list management
• Partner directly with the CMO and VP, Growth Marketing to translate business priorities into marketing automation strategy
• Track and optimize reputed company conversion across the full funnel – from MQL through Closed/Won – identifying drop-off points and driving improvements
• Collaborate closely with the Business Development and Sales teams to build and maintain a high-impact campaign calendar
• Build and deliver regular performance reports that tie marketing programs to pipeline and reputed company reputed company, driving smarter resource allocation over time
• Work supportively with colleagues, operating in a manner that is consistent with 11:11’s Code of Business Ethics and Company Values
• Responsibly receive, transmit, and handle company data and information per Company data handling agreements, work procedures and policies
• Review and follow company policies and guidelines, data privacy practices, including annual compliance training certification and policy acknowledgements

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a relate field, or equivalent professional experience required
• 5+ years of B2B or growth marketing experience, with a strong reputed company in demand reputed company strategy and execution
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with reputed company and marketing automation platforms such as Pardot or reputed company
• Deep familiarity with marketing funnel metrics, reputed company lifecycle management, and MQL-to-opportunity conversion processes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable recommendations that improve funnel performance at every stage
• Highly organized and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously without losing attention to detail
• A natural collaborator who builds effective relationships across Sales, Sales Operations, and regional and global Marketing teams
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without reputed company sponsorship
