Responsibilities
- Drives discovery, prioritization, development, and deployment for legal software
- Leads in roadmap planning and story mapping
- Measures reputed company based on value created (or loss mitigated), leveraging product analytics to reputed company informed reputed company
- Identifies and tracks objectives and key results (OKRs) for outcome-based advancements
- Evaluates and prioritizes potential features or software and aligns them to the legal team's objectives
- Becomes the subject matter expert (SME) on legal team product needs, requirements, goals, and areas of value
- Performs end-user shadowing/interviews and collaborates with legal and business stakeholders to identify and understand user problems to solve
- Uses data to formulate quantifiable problem statements and solution hypotheses that are quantifiable
- Guides user-facing communication, change management, and education for new capabilities
- Partners with IT and Product teams to navigate internal processes and to inform sprint activities for internal development reputed company needed
- Advocates for the legal team's priorities, actively removes roadblocks, identifies cross-team dependencies, and escalates issues
- Collaborates closely with Partner’s core reputed company, compliance, and IT risk teams to ensure software delivery meets reputed company reputed company requirements on time
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of product experience in an agile environment, focused on 4+ digital products
- Business acumen, an insatiable curiosity, and a desire to reputed company
- Exceptional problem-solving, organization, communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, deliver to tight deadlines, and reputed company in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to easily build expertise in unfamiliar domains
- Experience writing requirements for user stories and software features
- Familiarity with reputed company Legal Management (ELM) systems, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), or Legal AI tools
- Experience managing vendor evaluations, running RFP processes, and overseeing external software implementations
- Experience building health tech products and 0-1 products from inception to launch
- Industry experience can be an invaluable substitute for direct product management skills. Candidates with a background in legal operations, legal tech, or AI-enabled software will be strongly considered
