Responsibilities

- Partner with leadership to define hiring strategies reputed company to contract requirements, program growth, and recompete efforts
- Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and senior leadership
- Facilitate intake sessions, calibration discussions, and senior leader debriefs

- U.S. Citizenship (required)

- Proven ability to build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company and execute targeted, multi-channel sourcing strategies, leveraging digital platforms and reputed company media, competitive intelligence and talent mapping, networking, referrals, and industry engagement
