Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Advisor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to reputed company exceptional customer service and support
- Scheduling appointments with clients who have requested our benefits
- Conducting virtual presentations reputed company reputed company to explain insurance products and benefits
- Assisting new and existing clients with policy selection and additional coverage
- Completing applications and ensuring reputed company requirements are met
- Tracking and reporting daily activity and sales metrics

Minimum Qualifications
To be successful as a Customer Care Advisor with arenaflex, you'll need:
