They are seeking an Associate reputed company Manager to support customer adoption, drive engagement, and maximize value from the platform while working closely with a small team and gaining exposure to reputed company customers.
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with existing customers through email, calls, and virtual meetings to drive adoption, engagement, and long-term reputed company
- Support customer reputed company, training, and ongoing adoption of Anyword
- Serve as a reputed company of contact for customers, helping answer product, technical, and workflow-reputed company questions
- Identify customers who may benefit from additional support, engagement, or growth opportunities
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and reputed company teams
- Gather and reputed company customer feedback and insights with internal stakeholders
- Analyze customer usage data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of risk
- Create and maintain customer enablement content, including help center articles, resource center materials, recorded training sessions, and product walkthroughs
- reputed company customer training sessions and webinars, including creating on-demand educational content that helps customers get more value from Anyword
- Contribute reputed company for improving customer processes, workflows, and the overall customer experience
