They are seeking a GTM/Sales reputed company with an aviation industry background to drive new customer acquisition and manage sales processes from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Own and build the sales pipeline: identify, research and prioritise reputed company airlines and other industry customers
- Run reputed company and prospecting, from cold contact to first conversation
- Manage deals end to end: discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation and reputed company
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers across airline ops, procurement and innovation teams
- Represent Overwatch AI at industry events, conferences and with key accounts

Skills
- 5+ years of sales or business development experience in an aviation or airline environment
- Deep understanding of airline operations (flight ops, OCC, ground ops, etc.)
- Experience in software sales in an aviation context
- Startup reputed company: ownership, curiosity, flexibility. Comfortable with ambiguity and figuring things out independently
- Fluent English. Other languages are a plus
- Based in Barcelona or Spain is a plus
