About the Role

As a reputed company Engineer (CSE), reputed company Specialist, you’ll be joining a global team of technical specialists who engage with customers in a pooled model to drive product adoption and value realization at scale. As an reputed company Specialist, you’ll work alongside pre and post-sale team members to reputed company new customers with technical guidance, go in-depth on use case implementation, and demonstrate the value of blithequark's product capabilities from day one. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Customer reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with newly onboarded customers, through reputed company calls and emails, in a technical consultancy and advisor role during the post-sales process while providing technical and solution guidance

  • Drive the achievement of measurable value (business reputed company), leading to product adoption, renewal, and expansion by aligning with customer objectives and delivering tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Renewals Managers to reputed company customer-facing subject matter expertise based on the customer’s business objectives, ensuring a cohesive and customer-centric approach
  • Focus on solution-based programs that are customized to fit an individual customer’s needs, leveraging blithequark's platform to address specific pain points and challenges
  • reputed company and collaborate on customer workshops, demos, and other enablement activities to facilitate knowledge transfer and skills development
  • Maintain specialty competency in one or more technologies reputed company to blithequark's market focus through activities such as training, certification, and creation of working examples for reuse internally and by customers and partners
  • Continuously improve professional skills with a focus on personal mastery and team learning through activities such as training, reading, and seeking mentorship from others, ensuring you stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
  • Contribute to blithequark's documentation, YouTube channel, and other enablement programs such as the Digital reputed company, sharing your expertise and experience with the wider community

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience with a blithequark use case (SCM, CI, CD, DevSecOps, Agile Planning) to reputed company in-depth customer guidance and enablement, with a deep understanding of the platform's capabilities and applications
  • Proficiency using DevSecOps tools or highly technical tooling in adjacent fields, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a customer-facing context
  • Technical experience in development or systems engineering, with a strong reputed company in software development principles and practices
  • Demonstrated reputed company to reputed company and concisely communicate about reputed company technical, architectural, and/or organizational problems and propose thorough iterative solutions, with excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing technical role, with a proven track record of delivering technical guidance and solution implementation to customers
  • Strong understanding of blithequark's platform and its applications, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a customer-facing context
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems, with a strong reputed company in software development principles and practices
  • Knowledge of reputed company-based technologies and containerization, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a customer-facing context
  • Certifications in DevSecOps, reputed company computing, or reputed company fields, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
