About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company and compassionate Customer Support Specialist to join our high-performing team. This is a full-time, remote role that operates Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm EST. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in our call center, providing exceptional support to patients, insurance companies, and attorneys by processing medical record requests and offering status updates. Your ability to work comfortably in a high-volume production environment, documenting information across multiple platforms using dual computer monitors, will be invaluable to reputed company.

Key Responsibilities:
