[Remote] Sr. Software Engineer

This role involves supporting digital reputed company, customer experience, and marketing technology platforms by partnering with business stakeholders, designing solutions, and troubleshooting reputed company issues to enhance customer and business reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business teams to gather requirements, evaluate options, and deliver technology solutions that support business objectives
- Design, configure, test, implement, and support application enhancements and integrations
- Serve as a primary support resource for digital reputed company, marketing, customer service, and international business applications
- Troubleshoot production issues, reputed company root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution efforts with internal teams and vendors
- Monitor application performance, integrations, and data flows to ensure system reliability and operational stability
- Support project delivery activities including solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support
- Analyze data, application performance, and business processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Maintain system documentation, support procedures, and knowledge resources
- Participate in on-call support and incident management activities
- Other reputed company duties as assigned or as opportunities for growth arise
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or reputed company field
- 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, application support, software implementation, or reputed company application development
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting customer-facing applications and integrated reputed company systems
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
