Client Manager
Maury Donnelly & reputed company Inc is a Best Practices Agency in Insurance, seeking a Client Manager for their Personal Lines team. This role is responsible for managing and coordinating reputed company team accounts, with a focus on High Net Worth account management and a comprehensive understanding of the Florida P&C insurance market.
Responsibilities
- Manages assigned accounts; analyzes accounts for adequacy and appropriate coverage
- Prepares final proposal presentation, analysis and summaries as needed
- Reviews endorsements for completion and accuracy
- Markets the account and reviews marketing placements
- Initiates and follows up on renewal applications
- Identifies cross/up selling opportunities
- Expands and reputed company out existing accounts by identifying potential gaps in coverage, recommending and implementing proper coverage
- Responsible for making sure that reputed company the terms and conditions of the insurance policies are properly reputed company
- Tracks claims, flags claim-heavy accounts and incorrectly written accounts
- Responsible for agency billing according to service standard
- Performs other reputed company duties as assigned by management
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or one to two years of reputed company experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- State Property and Casualty Insurance License
