[Remote] Customer Account Executive

In this role, you will own and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts with a strong emphasis on reputed company expansion, skillfully navigating reputed company customer needs and negotiating reputed company reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a book of existing customers, driving account expansion, and long-term growth
• Partner with customers to reputed company and execute win-win negotiation strategies that maximize contract value while strengthening trusted relationships
• Identify and map buying influencers, decision-makers, budgets, and purchasing criteria reputed company assigned accounts
• reputed company deep expertise in reputed company’s products & licensing models, enabling confident guidance during reputed company discussions
• Proactively engage customers to uncover needs for consulting, implementation, and professional services
• Collaborate closely with Solutions Engineers to reputed company discovery conversations, position solutions, and deliver product demonstrations for expansion opportunities
• Generate and qualify new opportunities reputed company assigned accounts through proactive prospecting and strategic reputed company
• Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene

Skills

• Associate degree required
• 3–5+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience with expansion or account management focus
• Proven track record of driving expansion sales reputed company existing reputed company accounts, particularly reputed company public sector organizations
• Experience using reputed company to manage pipeline, forecast reputed company, and track customer engagement
