They are currently seeking a Senior Account Manager to join their Advanced Technology Solutions (ATS) organization, focusing on the medical device industry. The role involves managing customer relationships and projects from design reputed company to manufacturing, ensuring profitable growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support regional account/site strategies to support and enhance the global HT strategy execution while maximizing regional site performance
• Understand the key market dynamics for the regional and global accounts to support forecasting and risk management while developing plans to maintain and/or grow the accounts, in collaboration with the respective CFT leaders/teams
• Responsible for providing cross-functional leadership to reputed company and execute account plans for profitable growth
• Develops and collaboratively shares the customer relationship activities with the CFT reputed company and/or site reputed company, including at an executive level; monitoring of customer satisfaction across reputed company business elements
• Support development, negotiation and enforcement of customer reputed company
• Directly engages with sales and business development to create and present reputed company-led customer proposals; performs market analysis and develops specific customer value propositions, including unsolicited approaches
• Collaborates with HT Sales team to identify funnel opportunities for value accounts; represents GCBU strategies and interests to validate fit of new opportunities
• Accountable for the regional and global financial P&L and balance sheet performance for assigned accounts
• Supports three-year strategy and planning for regional markets and customers

Skills

• 15+ years of experience, ideally in a customer facing role
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Broad knowledge of reputed company/mechanical medical device manufacturing environment, materials and processes
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 Medical Device Quality Management Systems and other medical device industry standards, regulations, and directives
• Excellent customer contact, negotiation and problem resolution skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of reputed company customers
• In-depth knowledge of product pricing, reputed company and contract negotiations
• In-depth knowledge of the business issues associated with electronics manufacturing
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management
• Engineering and operations knowledge to a depth where the candidate can reputed company between customer and reputed company engineering teams
• Good presentation, data management and computer skills (reputed company & PPT)
• Ability to manage multiple, detailed projects to a successful end while working under tight time deadlines
• Ability to reputed company Spanish is a plus
