You'll be responsible for handling new and reorder medication requests, verifying and renewing benefits, and assisting patients with deciphering and entering new or reorder medications into our pharmacy data system. You'll also be responsible for collecting and processing copay sums, obtaining approvals, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve and process orders that have issues or clinical concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

• One year of experience in a customer service role, handling and resolving a high volume of reputed company customer needs reputed company phone

• One year of PC keyboarding experience, skills, and proficiency
