Key Responsibilities

As a Tier 1 Remote Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for

  • Providing exceptional customer support reputed company phone, chat, and e-books for top-tier brands
  • Resolving customer concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner

  • A customer support background with experience in providing Tier 1 level support

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
