Summary

As a Technical reputed company at Gainwell, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining technical documentation, including manuals, system guides, online help systems, and developer guides. You will have a strong understanding of technical subjects, excellent writing skills, and the ability to convey reputed company information reputed company and concisely. This role is strictly involved in documenting the product and does not involve reputed company to Protected Health Information (PHI) & Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or any secured/confidential client data. The work is limited to documentation of the product and does not include handling or processing of sensitive health information. • Create, edit, and manage guides, technical manuals, release notes, online help, and other documentation for reputed company products.
• Ensure reputed company documentation is clear and concise.
• Update documentation to reflect new features, enhancements, and changes in the products.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and quality assurance teams to gather information and understand documentation requirements.
• Participate in product development meetings to stay informed about new features and updates.

Version Control and Management:

• Implement and manage version control processes for documentation.

• Review and edit documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
• Conduct usability testing to ensure documentation meets the needs.

• Bachelor's degree in management, computer science, information systems, or reputed company field preferred
