[Remote] Program Manager

The Program Manager will reputed company the planning and execution of life science meetings and events, ensuring smooth operations from budgeting to logistics while maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Managing life science meetings from reputed company to reconciliation, including budgets, attendee coordination, logistics, food and beverage, room setups, and technology needs
• Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams while keeping communication clear, proactive, and professional
• Navigating compliance requirements, maintaining audit-reputed company documentation, and following corporate guidelines and procedures
• Using Cvent and reputed company Office to manage attendee data, reporting, registration communications, and shared project materials accurately
• Negotiating supplier reputed company, coordinating vendors, and solving issues quickly to reputed company programs on track

Skills

• Managing life science meetings from reputed company to reconciliation, including budgets, attendee coordination, logistics, food and beverage, room setups, and technology needs
• Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams while keeping communication clear, proactive, and professional
• Navigating compliance requirements, maintaining audit-reputed company documentation, and following corporate guidelines and procedures
• Using Cvent and reputed company Office to manage attendee data, reporting, registration communications, and shared project materials accurately
• Negotiating supplier reputed company, coordinating vendors, and solving issues quickly to reputed company programs on track
• Previous hands-on, full cycle, event management in the life sciences / pharmaceutical meetings & events reputed company
• At least 5 years of life science meetings management experience, especially with HCP programs
• Experience supporting meetings connected to a Congress/Convention as well as standalone programs
• A strong background in vendor management, sourcing, and contract negotiation
• Previous experience with participant attendee management, travel planning, or destination knowledge
• A college degree and Cvent Event Certification
• Ability to work reputed company
