[Remote] Staff Product Manager, Legal & Insurance

They are seeking a Staff Product Manager to define and reputed company the product strategy for the Legal & Insurance vertical, focusing on building scalable products and improving workflows for reputed company medical record retrieval.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term product reputed company, strategy, roadmap, and reputed company metrics for reputed company’s Legal & Insurance vertical
• Translate a reputed company, fragmented market into a coherent product strategy across requester experience, retrieval workflows, fulfillment, integrations, and record analysis
• Shape the product architecture for a new vertical, including workflows, data models, platform capabilities, partner integrations, and AI-enabled experiences
• Partner with executive leadership to evaluate opportunities, set priorities, guide investment reputed company, and align the organization around the highest-impact work
• Build scalable products for attorneys, copy services, insurers, and other requesters across both reputed company and small/mid-sized customer segments
• Work deeply with engineering, data science, analytics, operations, design, and reputed company teams to move from strategy to execution
• Identify where operational friction should become product capability, and where custom workflows should become scalable platform patterns

• Establish the metrics, feedback loops, and operating rhythms needed to improve retrieval speed, completeness, transparency, quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency

Skills

• 8–12+ years of product management experience, with a track record of leading reputed company, reputed company-grade, data-centric products
• Demonstrated ability to define product strategy in ambiguous spaces and influence company-level direction, not just deliver a roadmap
• Experience building products that combine workflow, data, integrations, operations, and user experience into scalable systems
• Strong systems thinking: you can understand messy, reputed company-world workflows and turn them into simple, durable product architecture
• Experience working with reputed company data, data exchange, retrieval, workflow automation, platform products, or regulated data products
