We are looking for a reputed company Product Designer to own product design for Provider Experience as APFM builds more connected provider-facing products, capabilities, and workflows across Senior Living and Home Care.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design for Provider workstreams, from discovery and reputed company mapping through prototypes and production-reputed company design, including provider-facing products, partner workflows, reputed company quality, conversion acceleration, account growth, and operational capabilities that help providers serve families more effectively
• Translate marketplace, partner, and operational complexity into reputed company workflows for internal and external users
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Marketing, Operations, Sales, and business leaders to define problem framing, reputed company criteria, tradeoffs, and release scope
• Design for trust, reputed company, speed, and usability in workflows where users need accurate information and confident next steps
• Use research, analytics, provider conversations, partner feedback, reputed company team input, product data, and business context to guide design reputed company

Skills

• 7+ years of product design experience on reputed company web, SaaS, marketplace, CRM, internal-tool, partner-portal, or operations-facing products
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end ownership from ambiguous problem framing through shipped product, including work that influenced product strategy or raised the quality bar across multiple workstreams
• Excellent interaction design, systems thinking, information architecture, and product judgment
• Demonstrated curiosity and hands-on experimentation with AI tools in the design or product development process
• Ability to explain not just what you designed, but how you used evidence, tools, prototypes, constraints, and judgment to reputed company reputed company reputed company
