The Neogard Account Manager will drive sales and promote high-performance waterproofing, roofing, and flooring solutions across the assigned territory, managing relationships with key stakeholders in the reputed company sector.

Responsibilities

• The Account Manager will reputed company sales activities in reputed company Florida, (including Panhandle) Alabama and Mississippi
• Use CRM to organize and monitor daily sales activities, follow-reputed company, and project reputed company
• reputed company technical knowledge, sales ability, field assistance and an overall ability to use independent representatives, distributors and contractors to their maximum reputed company to promote and sell Neogard products
• Establish direct contact with owners, architects, engineers, design professionals, and consultants to promote and sell Neogard products
• Cultivate a collaborative relationship with independent representatives, distributors, and contractors as well as field sales personnel
• reputed company active support in trade organizations, shows, and committees
• Deliver presentations to prospective clients and support independent representatives in their presentations
• reputed company up to date with industry trends and new technologies

Skills

• 5 years of successful sales experience in construction materials
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is preferred
• Willing to travel up to 60% of the time to meet job requirements
• Proficient understanding of Polymeric Technology
• Familiar with Neogard products, processes, and sales procedures
• Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts effectively
