Job Overview

As a Customer Experience Associate – Overnight Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and reputed company media. You'll demonstrate product knowledge, problem-solving, and research skills to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll also promote the arenaflex brand through your conflict resolution abilities and effective communication skills, advocating for our players to help us grow the business.

Key Responsibilities:

What You'll Bring to the Table

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service, as well as excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills. You'll also need to be proficient in using technology, including reputed company (or other ticketing processor systems) and reputed company Office product suite. Prior online customer support or transferable experience is preferred, and you'll need to be at least 21 years of age due to state(s) licensing requirements.

Essential Qualifications:

  • College degree, equivalent, or prior work experience
  • Prior online customer support or transferable experience
  • Ability to work weeknights and weekends due to varying shifts between the hours of 6:00 am - 12:00 am (midnight), which includes 5 days of work with 2 days off
  • Proficiency with reputed company (or other ticketing processor systems) and reputed company Office product suite
  • Polite, reputed company, and friendly demeanor

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of the sports and entertainment industry
  • Experience with gaming licenses and regulations
