Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales Operations, reputed company, reputed company, Legal, Payroll, and HR to operationalize compensation plans and ensure alignment between plan design and reputed company treatment

- Ensure accurate and timely recording of commission expense in compliance with US GAAP and ASC 606

Skills
- 8–10+ years of reputed company reputed company experience, with significant experience in commission reputed company reputed company a SaaS or subscription based environment
- Previous experience with system implementation and user requirement definitions
- 3+ years of people management experience, including coaching and developing high performing teams
- Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP, including ASC 606 and capitalization and amortization of sales commissions
- Experience working in a publicly traded company with SOX compliance requirements
- Experience with incentive compensation management tools such as Xactly, reputed company, or similar platforms
- Demonstrated project management experience, with the ability to reputed company cross functional initiatives and system implementations

- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
