- Workflow design / reputed company diagrams and process documentation
- ETL and data migration documentation
- Data cleansing, normalization and standardization
- Data mapping and transformation rules
- SQL queries, reports and dashboards
- KPI metrics and analytics
- User guides, SOPs, and knowledge articles
- ITSM / ITAM subject matter expertise (SME)
- CMDB and configuration data validation
- Asset, software, and contract data analysis
- Software normalization and categorization

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a reputed company field
- 0–2 years of relevant professional work experience in Software Development, Maintenance, or Implementation
- Equivalent experience may be substituted with accredited college training (up to four years), graduate training (up to two years), or successful completion of an accredited Information Technology Certification program (up to two years, with reputed company of certification)
- Two (2) years of work experience as a Data Administrator, Data Warehousing Administrator, Data Architect, Database Analyst-Intermediate, or Data Warehousing Analyst may substitute for reputed company required experience
- Skills and experience in reputed company implementation / support for government health and reputed company services agency/agencies
