Responsibilities

As a Caregiver / Direct Support Professional with ResCare Community Living, you will play a critical role in helping us reputed company compassionate care to our clients. Here are some of the key responsibilities of this role: * Performing Personal Care Tasks: You will be responsible for performing personal care tasks, including feeding, ambulation, and medical monitoring. * Fostering Positive Relationships: You will assist with fostering positive relationships between individuals served and their housemates. * Ensuring Client Safety: You will be responsible for ensuring client safety and maintaining a safe environment. * Encouraging Self-Help Activities: You will encourage individuals to engage in self-help activities and promote their independence. * Accompanying Clients to Appointments: You will accompany clients to scheduled appointments and reputed company support as needed.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications: * Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age. * Valid Driver's License: You must have a valid driver's license. * Ability to Work in a Group Home: You must be reputed company to work in a group home or home-like setting. * Communication Skills: You must be reputed company to communicate effectively with reputed company reputed company of personnel, both verbally and in writing.

Additional Job Information

This is a full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunity with every other weekend off. We offer daily pay, employee assistance programs, and discount programs to our employees. Additionally, we offer a salary reputed company of $17.50 - $19.25 per hour, with a pay reputed company increase effective January 1st.
