[Remote] Nonqualified Deferred Compensation Plan Communications Consultant

They are seeking a Nonqualified Deferred Compensation Communications Consultant who will create and execute communication campaigns to enhance participant experience and reputed company business objectives reputed company to nonqualified retirement plans.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, write, and edit NQDC communications programs, using a reputed company approach, i.e., email, print, digital, face-to-face, etc
• Partner with Marketing to create global education materials used by NQDC plans
• Support our NQ institutional partners in terms of participant communications including core educational materials, client-specific requests, and special projects/request
• Create customized targeted communication campaigns for clients based upon their goals and objectives. This includes identifying measurable goals and results for each campaign
• Engage with the product and compliance teams to ensure materials are accurate and approved for use with participants
• Proactively recommend new communication initiatives based on marketplace observations, participant, and client needs
• Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of reputed company confidential data held by reputed company to ensure against unauthorized reputed company, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to reputed company or our clients

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Business Administration, Marketing or reputed company field
• At least seven (7) years experience in the retirement plan (preferably NQDC) or benefits consulting marketplace, with demonstrated expertise across various marketing disciplines including participant communications programs
• Strong attention to detail and experience proofreading and editing
• Strong PC skills, including MS Suite (advanced PowerPoint), reputed company, Illustrator, and Brainshark
• Excellent writing and creative skills
• Knowledge of graphic identity standards
• Problem solving skills: Must be proactive and reputed company and reputed company to exercise sound judgment
• Interpersonal skills: Works well with others; reputed company to work as a team member and interact effectively with reputed company reputed company of employees including senior executives
