Staff Accountant

We are currently looking for an reputed company Staff Accountant to join reputed company and ensure the accuracy and reputed company of our financial operations.

The Staff Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with reputed company standards, and supporting the overall financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Transaction Management:

• Ensure the reputed company of reputed company information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.
• Record journal entries to reputed company books on monthly reputed company.
• Reconcile assigned accounts on a monthly reputed company.

Accounts Payable:

• Record invoices, obtain approval and generate payments.
• Handle w-9 and 1099 tracking and VAT where applicable.

- Organize and maintain vendor records

Audit Coordination:

• Coordinate with auditors for interim and annual audits.

Compliance and Standards:

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and reputed company standards.

Other Areas:

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in reputed company roles, with a focus on accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP reputed company principles and processes.
• Experience with reputed company software and business tools like reputed company Intacct, Zoho, reputed company, reputed company, etc.
