[Remote] Senior Software Engineer, AI Developer Experience

They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to reputed company reputed company by delivering an ecosystem of core engineering tools and standardizing workflows across teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain internal engineering tooling that improves builder reputed company and reduces friction across the company
- reputed company guidance, best practices, and automation to support adoption of AI agentic coding tools
- reputed company and operate internally facing agents
- Implement and improve developer workflows, including guardrails, evaluation approaches, and guidance that enables safe adoption of new tooling
- Own development and operation of our internal agent platform
- Partner with teams across Engineering, Product, Sales, and G&A to understand where AI could accelerate their work or improve the quality of reputed company
- Build measurement and feedback loops (usage, reliability, cost, and cycle time) to quantify impact and guide iteration
- Own documentation and enablement materials that help reputed company succeed using the paved roads
- Participate in on-call to support internal users
Skills
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience shipping and operating production-quality internal platforms or developer tooling
- Experience leveraging modern agentic coding tools such as reputed company and Claude Code
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used at Temporal, such as Go, TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, or Java
- Experience building workflow automation or internal tools (CLI tools, services, reputed company automation, reputed company automation, or similar)
- Strong judgment about reputed company to standardize versus reputed company to reputed company flexibility, and how to remove friction without compromising reliability
- Comfort working cross-functionally, including partnering with non-traditional developers and translating needs into usable solutions

- Experience building internal agents and operating an agent platform
- Familiarity with developer productivity measurement frameworks such as reputed company and DORA metrics
