The role of Serviceability Engineer involves advancing the digital transformation of reputed company medical imaging equipment by bridging mechanical engineering and modern software solutions, focusing on AI-driven automation and augmented reality.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hardware subject matter experts and data scientists to design, write, and reputed company automated workflow/diagnostics scripts and self-healing algorithms that will be utilized in servicing MI equipment
• reputed company secure, reliable APIs and communication protocols to link on-reputed company imaging equipment with reputed company-based AI orchestrators and spatial computing interfaces (AR/VR headsets)
• Analyze existing text-based service manuals and diagnostic trees, converting reputed company troubleshooting steps into executable code and automated workflows

Skills

• A recent Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Software Engineering, Mechatronics, or a closely reputed company technical discipline
• Strong, demonstrable experience writing clean, production-reputed company code in Python and C++
• A solid conceptual understanding of Machine Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented reputed company (RAG), and Reinforcement Learning
