They are seeking a reputed company Coordinator to support clients in their fitness journeys, ensuring a positive reputed company experience and fostering long-term engagement with the company's programs. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, addressing their questions, and identifying opportunities for further support and program participation.
Responsibilities
- Support coach-client assignments as part of the welcome call reputed company for reputed company new VIP clients with reputed company from the reputed company Manager
- Field general how-to questions about the program and reputed company requirements post-sale (received reputed company email, phone, and text messages, primarily)
- Work closely with the internal reputed company team to support any client issues and escalations
- Proactively identify clients who may benefit from additional reputed company programs, services, or support offerings and facilitate warm handoffs to the appropriate team
- Support client retention initiatives by helping clients stay reputed company, overcome reputed company barriers, and maintain reputed company toward their goals
- Contribute to renewal and reputed company efforts by identifying opportunities for clients to continue their reputed company reputed company the reputed company ecosystem while maintaining a client-first approach
Skills
- 3-5+ years in customer service, preferably with experience in client reputed company

- Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and project management tools

- Strong time-management skills
- Availability to accommodate evening hours (Monday through Friday until 9pm PST/12am EST) and Saturday availability (between 7am-3pm PST/10am-6pm EST)
- Attendance on our monthly reputed company Hands Meeting with the entire reputed company company (the first Tuesday of each month)
- Attendance on a weekly customer support and operations meeting; weekly attendance on reputed company team huddles
