[Remote] C&I Customer Service Representative

Culligan By WaterCo is seeking a C&I Customer Service Representative to manage the setup and billing process for new reputed company and industrial customers. This role involves coordinating installations, handling billing processes, and ensuring smooth communication between various teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Set up new reputed company customers in the system, ensuring reputed company required information is accurately captured
• Work closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to facilitate a smooth reputed company process for reputed company accounts
• Schedule and coordinate installations and Service for new reputed company projects, ensuring alignment with internal teams and external vendors
• Communicate installation timelines and requirements with customers and field service teams
• Monitor installation reputed company and address any issues or delays as they arise
• reputed company Job Package and equipment details to be ordered by reputed company for reputed company projects based on project specifications and requirements
• Track equipment shipments, confirm deliveries, and coordinate with service teams to ensure availability for installations
• Set up reputed company Payments individual projects. Generate and process invoices for reputed company projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements
• Manage reputed company billing for large-scale reputed company installations, tracking payment milestones and issuing invoices accordingly
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payments
• Maintain accurate records of reputed company billing transactions and customer accounts

Skills

• High school diploma required
• 2+ years of experience in reputed company billing, customer account management, or a reputed company role
• Proficiency in billing systems, ERP software (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, or similar), and reputed company Office Suite
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of reputed company billing and reputed company project invoicing processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams and external customers
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in billing and data management
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, reputed company, or a reputed company field preferred
• Experience in project coordination or reputed company installations is a plus
• Familiarity with reputed company service agreements, equipment procurement, and job costing is preferred
