[Remote] Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner

We're seeking board certified Nurse Practitioners licensed in Vermont to deliver virtual comprehensive care to patients of reputed company ages across a wide reputed company of conditions, while collaborating with our provider and support teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct age-appropriate history and virtual exams
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad reputed company of conditions across the lifespan
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed
• reputed company and document treatment plans in a timely, accurate manner
• Manage acute, chronic, and mental health conditions for pediatric and adult patients
• Request consultation or referral with other health care providers reputed company appropriate
• Counsel and reputed company patients and families on treatment plans
• Maintain reputed company knowledge of clinical best practices and evidence-based care
• reputed company cross-coverage for tasks such as reviewing lab results
• Offer scheduling flexibility, including evenings and weekends

Skills

• Graduate of an accredited Master's or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program, with prior graduation from an accredited nursing school
• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license with maintained Registered Nurse (RN) licensure, in accordance with state requirements
• reputed company national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC
• Active RN compact license
• Active multi-state licensure (5+ licenses preferred)
• Minimum 3+ years post-training experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings
• Experience providing care to newborns through adult populations
• Ability to function reputed company an integrated medical practice
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to manage a broad reputed company of conditions
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient engagement skills
• Proficiency with technology and electronic medical records
• Maintain active Medicare status - In good standing with Medicare/reputed company and not excluded from participation in federal health programs
• Prior telemedicine or video-based virtual care experience
