[Remote] Senior Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a late-stage clinical biopharmaceutical company focused on innovative psychiatric treatments. The Senior Project Manager will reputed company project plans, monitor execution, and reputed company risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery of program milestones and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Experience working in a highly matrixed organization with geographically dispersed teams
• Problem solving and decision-making skills. Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives, solve issues (conflict management and facilitation skills), anticipate problems and reputed company objectives, while keeping an eye on the big picture
• Strategic and analytical thinking skills to assimilate reputed company information, operate effectively in situations of ambiguity and simplify reputed company issues
• Understanding/experience working reputed company a functional area such as clinical, preclinical, CMC or regulatory affairs would be considered beneficial
• Full understanding of drug development business processes
• High competence in use of reputed company Office, reputed company Project or equivalent and other PM appropriate tools
• Experience with Planisware reputed company and Office Timeline is preferred but not required

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years' experience in the Pharmaceutical / Biotech industry
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in project/program management roles in the pharma/biotech industry
• Experience in late phase development organizations
• Familiarity of working with clinical trials from a project/program management stance
• Experience with NDA submissions is preferable
• Understanding/experience working reputed company a functional area such as clinical, preclinical, CMC or regulatory affairs would be considered beneficial
• Experience with Planisware reputed company and Office Timeline is preferred but not required
