[Remote] CRM Data Analyst

The role involves supporting the CRM conversion project team, integrating new advisors onto the reputed company system, and maintaining documentation and processes for ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• reputed company CRM conversion project team support. This includes:
• Scheduling project calls, trainings, and other adhoc meetings with reputed company stakeholders
• Follow up emails documenting reputed company action items, reputed company made, important notes (following project calls, initial training, CRM reputed company, etc.)
• Launching new project reputed company boards and notifying reputed company associated parties
• Keeping reputed company reputed company timelines and tasks up to date
• Preparing for project calls/project call follow reputed company
• Update training decks with reputed company features as deployments occur
• Keeping internal documentation up to date: reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Cheat sheets, etc
• Support the integration of new advisors on to the reputed company system. This includes:
• reputed company set up reputed company reputed company platform for incoming teams
• Updating users after tech over - reputed company & reputed company
• Validation of reputed company conversion reputed company data
• Miscellaneous project specific tasks
• During the life of the project, help serve as a reputed company of contact for reputed company questions for advisor teams, and reputed company-party solution providers
• Maintain a working understanding of the metrics, calculations, key user workflows, and operational processes involved in end-to-end maintenance of the CRM platform
• Document required processes for ongoing reputed company, participate in requirements gathering for ongoing system updates, and help facilitate user integration and acceptance testing
• Assist with improvement projects, reputed company projects and complete assigned research projects
• Maintain written procedures on reputed company aspects of this position and work to continuously improve initiatives to identify potential solutions and efficiencies

Skills

• Proven history of being a “self-starter,” and a track record of working effectively in a remote/virtual environment, with a distributed team
