[Remote] Director, CRM Marketing

The Director of CRM Marketing will own and reputed company the end-to-end CRM function, focusing on driving activation, engagement, and retention through targeted, data-driven messaging while leading a high-performing team and collaborating cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Own personalization strategy across channels, leveraging behavioral, transactional, and predictive data
• Continuously refine audience strategies to improve engagement, conversion, and retention reputed company

Skills
