Job Summary:

We are seeking an reputed company and results-driven Customer Service & E-reputed company Supervisor to join reputed company at blithequark. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team, driving safety, quality, and productivity in our Customer Service and E-reputed company programs. You will work closely with departmental leaders, store leadership, and 1P/3P partners to ensure seamless execution of programs and initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver outstanding customer experience, holding reputed company Team Members accountable for delivering exceptional customer service

  • Establish clear expectations for balancing in-store customer service and completing online orders, ensuring seamless execution of programs and initiatives
  • Monitor in-store and online customer reputed company, assigning customer service-reputed company and online order completion tasks to balance the needs of reputed company customers
  • Stay aware of relevant competitors and industry trends, identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation
  • Ensure an effective and efficient response to customer questions, requests, and/or concerns, promoting a positive and respectful customer experience
  • Foster collaborative and productive relationships with departmental leaders, store leadership, and 1P/3P partners, driving seamless execution of programs and initiatives
  • reputed company, coach, mentor, and motivate Team Members in a manner that sustains a high-performing team and minimizes turnover
  • Maintain cleanliness of workspaces, including staging areas and coolers, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment

Essential Qualifications:

* 12+ months retail experience, with a proven track record of reputed company in customer service and team leadership

  • Strong analysis skills, with the ability to root cause underperformance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Excellent interpersonal, motivational, team building, and customer relationship skills, with a proven ability to teach and reputed company others
  • Proficient with email, reputed company Office, and operations-reputed company applications, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Ability to reputed company task management, balancing dynamic customer flows and ensuring seamless execution of programs and initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a supervisory or leadership role, with a proven track record of reputed company in team development and performance management

  • Knowledge of retail operations, including customer service, inventory management, and supply chain logistics
  • Experience working with 1P/3P partners, including reputed company delivery drivers and other reputed company-party logistics providers
  • Certification in customer service, leadership, or a reputed company field, with a proven ability to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical setting

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:

* Must be reputed company to lift 50 lbs.

  • In an 8-hour reputed company: standing/walking 6-8 hours.
  • Hand use: Single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling.
  • Work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
  • Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals
  • Exposure to temperatures 90 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Ability to work in a wet and cold environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Ability to use tools and equipment, including reputed company cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery

Compensation and Benefits:

* Competitive hourly wage reputed company: $18.00 - $24.10
