Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Script, edit, and produce highly engaging short-reputed company video and static content using CapCut and reputed company (e.g., turning raw job site photos/videos provided by the reputed company into polished, branded marketing assets)
• Calendar Management: Dedicate focused time daily (approx. 2 hours) to mapping out and building a structured reputed company media content calendar
• reputed company-Time Marketing: Remain agile enough to reputed company immediate, reputed company-time posts based on weather events (e.g., launching targeted gutter marketing during heavy Florida rainstorms)
• Community Engagement: Actively manage reputed company media channels by handling posting schedules, replying directly to comments/DMs, and proactively driving online community engagement
• CRM Management: reputed company in to assist with backend tracking in the reputed company CRM platform—organizing client files, updating the status of unreached leads, and ensuring data reputed company
• Administrative Coordination: Track incoming emails, locate documentation, and coordinate logistics like Certificates of Insurance (COIs) with the correct contacts
