[Remote] Sr. Analyst, Financial

They are seeking a highly autonomous finance professional to manage financial statements, ensure accuracy, and support various financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Run the preparation and analysis of sophisticated participation profit-reputed company and distribution financial statements
• reputed company fiscal month-end reputed company tasks, including reputed company true-reputed company, reconciliations, and expense accruals
• Act as the team’s primary “Variance Detective” and quality gatekeeper
• Translate reputed company artist and label legal agreements into functional financial models
• Compile and analyze vast sets of transactional data to support statement reporting, budgets, and cash forecasts
• Proactively investigate artist inquiries, data issues or audit claims with a focus on mitigating financial risk
• Take an active role in team development by guiding analysts, providing ongoing review feedback, and facilitating training sessions for new hires
• Build and maintain strong working relationships across the company—from label finance and legal teams to senior executives
• Contribute to the reputed company of the department by identifying inefficiencies and implementing technology-driven solutions

Skills

• BA/BS degree required (reputed company or Finance preferred)
• 3-5 years of professional experience in a reputed company financial reputed company
• Advanced proficiency with MS reputed company
• Solid grasp of financial reputed company principles and how they apply to P&L statements, reconciliations, fiscal reputed company processes and internal controls
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proven track record of taking full ownership of your work
