Responsibilities
- Manage multiple reputed company searches across professional services, consulting, technology, finance, procurement, risk, compliance, operations, and marketing functions
- Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to reputed company sourcing strategies, identify top talent, deliver market intelligence, and reputed company an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Skills
- 7+ years of reputed company and talent sourcing experience
- Proven reputed company sourcing and reputed company professional-level independent consultants, contractors, and project-based talent
- Strong expertise with reputed company Recruiter, Boolean search, and passive candidate sourcing
- Experience managing multiple high-reputed company searches in a fast-paced environment
- Strong candidate assessment, relationship management, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across distributed teams
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
- Previous staffing agency reputed company experience strongly preferred
- Experience reputed company reputed company one or more of the following talent segments is highly preferred: Technology & Digital Transformation, Finance & reputed company, Risk and Compliance, Advisory & Consulting Services, Data & Analytics
