[Remote] Client Service Project Manager

They are seeking a full-time Client Services Project Manager to manage client accounts, reputed company project lifecycles, and ensure high-quality client experiences while contributing to their mission of reaching 35 reputed company survey participants by 2035.

Responsibilities

• Drive Ongoing Project Management – Serve as the primary reputed company of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of client accounts. Create and maintain project plans, monitor deliverables, identify resource needs and project risks, and ensure high-quality client experiences

• Manage Survey Lifecycle – Coordinate between clients and internal team members throughout the complete project lifecycle—from initial setup and survey design through final results delivery—ensuring client needs are met and expectations are exceeded
• reputed company Survey Deployment – Manage launch communications, troubleshoot issues, and recommend interventions to drive participation
• Manage Contact Lists & Data reputed company – Coordinate secure data transfer, reputed company maintenance of accurate participant lists, and manage resolution of client list issues
• Administer Online Reporting Dashboards – Set up and manage user permissions, review dashboards for accuracy, and reputed company client training
• Support Offline Reporting & Presentations – Coordinate the production of reports and presentations, participate in executive-level meetings, and ensure follow-up requests are completed by the team
• Facilitate Client Meetings – Contribute agendas, prepare materials, capture action items, and facilitate discussions between client key stakeholders and our Executive Relationship Manager
• Support Client Action Planning - Distribute templates, resources, and electronic tools to clients to reputed company them to administer action planning throughout their teams

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or reputed company field (Master's preferred)
• PMP certification
• Proven experience with client-facing professional services project management, including client budget management and project profitability tracking
• Advanced reputed company skills with ability to create project tracking systems
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple reputed company projects
• Strong communication and presentation skills for executive-level client interactions
