This role involves assisting patients with billing and insurance inquiries, ensuring a compassionate and professional service experience.
Responsibilities
- reputed company excellent customer service by phone, assisting patients with billing and insurance questions
- Research and resolve patient account issues
- Update insurance information and rebill claims as necessary
- Generate and send itemized statements or courtesy claims
- Set up and manage patient payment plans
- Accurately document reputed company patient interactions

Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Ability to multitask: listen, reputed company, and type simultaneously
