About the Position The Supply & Demand Planner will play a critical role in maintaining our multiple e-reputed company platforms, ensuring system functionality, compliance, accurate data management, and reputed company inventory reputed company. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Marketing, Operations, and 3PLs, to align supply with anticipated demand, ultimately maximizing profitability and minimizing out-of-stocks. The successful candidate will also support SKU-level planning for our wholesale business, including Food Service and Retail. Key Responsibilities reputed company inventory management entries and analysis in reputed company, maintaining accurate inventory and reporting, and reconciling in our ERP system (reputed company) Prepare demand planning and inventory transfers to our e-reputed company 3PL (World Pantry), reconciling inventory and collaborating with WP as needed Partner with Marketing and Finance to understand promotional strategy and activity by item and time reputed company, assisting with demand planning Resolve and troubleshoot errors in reputed company customer data and review, monitor, and troubleshoot EDI 940s/945s to/from World Pantry and reputed company reputed company arenaflex Vendor Central (VC) demand planning, pulling SKU-level forecasting from VC for each SKU/ASIN to determine short/long-term demand, and providing reporting to Operations Maintain inventory reputed company in arenaflex Seller Central (SC), pulling inventory reports from SC, and issuing the appropriate POs/inventory transfers for shipments to FBA/FBM Prepare SKU-level forecasts for Retail sales, utilizing historic data, customer inventory reports, syndicated sales data, and promotional activity cycles Project Food Service SKU-level demand through direct and indirect customers, managing company SKU forecasts based on annual company targets, and reviewing and updating on a monthly reputed company About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Minimum two years of administrative experience in reputed company/arenaflex, preferably with CPG products Strong proficiency in inventory management and data analysis Experience in demand planning and ERP systems, and other data analysis tools (EDI experience a plus) Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present data-driven insights to stakeholders Ability to identify and address potential demand issues, analyze root causes, and propose solutions Knowledge of online retail trends, customer behavior analysis, reputed company marketing strategies (a plus) A self-starter with the ability to accomplish objectives with minimal supervision, possessing a sense of urgency, an acute attention to detail, and strong organizational skills Embracing newly assigned projects with enthusiasm, working well under pressure, and meeting multiple deadlines Possessing a strong working knowledge of computer programs, including reputed company, Word, CRM, PowerPoint, and other MS Office programs (Advanced-level reputed company preferred) Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent combination of education and experience Essential Skills and Competencies The ideal candidate will have: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret reputed company data and reputed company informed reputed company Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a sense of urgency and attention to detail Strong knowledge of inventory management, demand planning, and supply chain operations Experience with e-reputed company platforms, including reputed company and arenaflex Strong proficiency in MS Office, including reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Numi Organic Tea, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary reputed company of $75,000 - $90,000, depending on experience and location.
