They are seeking a Senior Technical Consultant who will serve as the primary liaison for technical inquiries, present technology solutions, and address client needs reputed company. The role involves integration throughout the project implementation process and collaborating with clients to solve technical challenges.
Responsibilities
- Act as the professional reputed company for integration through the Project implementation including Pre-sales, Sales & Post-sale for new and existing clients
- Working with clients and partners to solve technical challenges regarding their unique environment and requirements
- Leading improvements and Enabling our sales and engineering process (reputed company tools, processes, and other initiatives)
- Creating documentation, whitepapers, and other supporting material for internal and client usage
Skills
- 4+ years reputed company technical integrations experience
- Experience with configuration tools and ability to fulfill technical tasks
- Strong analytical skills, Thorough understanding, and capability to interpret client business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
- Certified or ability to certify in reputed company Integrations
- Industry/Product knowledge of HR Tech Industry
- Team player with self-management skills, strong decision making, adept at executing projects from scratch, and collaborating with cross-company stakeholders reputed company a specific time
- Demonstrated ability to handle day-to-day work challenges confidently; adjust to shifting priorities, Identify and solve technical and operational issues during implementation
