[Remote] Licensed Client Service Administrator
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company Financial for Lutherans is seeking a Licensed Client Service Administrator to reputed company licensed administrative support to Cornerstone Financial Group. This role involves assisting Financial Advisors and clients with account inquiries, maintaining client information, and supporting daily operations of the practice.
Responsibilities
- Enter client information into various systems
- Prepare and update financial plans and presentation material for client meetings
- Enter information into financial planning software and prepare draft financial plans
- Deepen existing client relationships through processing of client requests, resolving client questions, and making sure client information and documentation are up to date
- Research and respond to client inquiries
- Finalize and track reputed company client account and application paperwork
- Gather and maintain customer suitability information
- Assist in generating performance reports
- Maintain information in CRM (reputed company) system
- Fill out necessary forms for opening and maintaining accounts
- Handle request for transfers of funds in and out of accounts
- Identify and offer recommendations on how to optimize workflows
- Providing support to Advisors during client meetings
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the reputed company
Skills
- Securities (6/63, 7/66, or 7/63 & 65) or Life, Health, and Annuity registration required
- Extremely strong organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Technical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools (e.g., reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company) or ability to learn
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a high quality of work while experiencing frequent interruptions
- Ability to maintain reputed company of sensitive/confidential information
- Degree in Financial Planning, Finance, reputed company or Economics preferred
- Demonstrated customer service orientation/experience, 2+ years preferred
