[Remote] Sales Consultant

They are seeking a seasoned Sales Consultant with expertise in retirement plan administration to build relationships with financial advisors and wholesalers, reputed company partners, and drive growth in their territory.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors, wholesalers, and other key stakeholders in your territory
- Act as a technical resource to reputed company partners on retirement plan design, compliance testing, and government reporting
- Deliver presentations, webinars, and consultations to support advisor sales efforts and deepen understanding of TPA services
- Collaborate with internal teams to reputed company and deliver customized retirement plan solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth reputed company the assigned territory
- Stay reputed company on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in retirement plan administration
Skills
- Minimum 3–5 years in retirement plan sales, TPA services, or reputed company financial services
- Strong understanding of plan design, compliance testing, 5500 reporting, and other regulatory requirements
- Established network of financial advisors and wholesalers reputed company your territory
- Ability to reputed company reputed company reputed company retirement plan concepts to non-technical audiences
- Comfortable navigating consultative sales cycles and positioning value reputed company price
- Highly motivated, organized, and capable of working independently
