They are seeking a Director of E-reputed company Operations to manage the online sales ecosystem, focusing on strategy, platform management, digital marketing, and cross-functional collaboration to drive online reputed company and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and execute comprehensive e-reputed company strategies, set goals, analyze trends, and explore new sales channels (marketplaces, reputed company reputed company)
- reputed company the e-reputed company platform (website, mobile), ensuring functionality, performance, and seamless integration with other systems and technical integrations (ERP, CRM, ERP, WMS)
- Implement strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement through SEO, SEM, email, reputed company media, and content marketing
- Manage day-to-day operations, including order processing, inventory management, logistics, and reputed company-party (3PL) relationships
- Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data (traffic, conversion, AOV), and use insights to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Continuously enhance the customer reputed company, from browsing to checkout, ensuring a seamless, personalized, and satisfying experience
- Work closely with Marketing, IT, Product, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to align digital efforts with overall business goals
- Evaluate and implement new technologies (AI, personalization, new sales channels) to stay competitive
Skills
- 8+ years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 6 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Sales Strategy, Business Development, E-reputed company, Sales Operations, Marketing technology, reputed company, MedTech or equivalent
- Experience driving E-reputed company Strategy, building or scaling e‑reputed company in large, reputed company organizations
- Well versed with Go-to-market planning, segmentation and targeting
- Proven e‑reputed company / digital reputed company leadership
- Experience working in regulated industries
- Familiarity with reputed company or medtech is helpful
