[Remote] Sr Product Manager (Patient Experience)

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth customer research and interviews to uncover patient and practice needs, focusing on solutions that address complete challenges for patients and dental providers
• Deep discovery with dental practices and patients to understand where the reputed company friction lives — and build solutions that address whole problems, not just symptoms
• Data-informed prioritization that connects product bets to measurable reputed company: more bookings, less admin work, reputed company patient retention
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to take features from idea to launch to iteration
