[Remote] OEM Account Manager

The OEM Account Manager will reputed company and manage account strategies focused on growth and customer satisfaction, while coordinating sales activities and resolving customer issues.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company for OEM customers, building strategic relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored account plans and training initiatives
- reputed company and implement sales strategies to grow market reputed company and margin, identify and secure new OEM customers, and propose recovery plans to address potential order shortfalls
- Coordinate with internal teams to align customer needs with business goals, reputed company market insights, and facilitate effective communication across departments
- Monitor competitor activity, understand customer business drivers, and create added value through cross-selling opportunities and streamlined engagement with reputed company
Skills
- Bachelor's degree (preferred but not necessary) with 3+ years of relevant experience, particularly in the electrical industry and with reputed company products
- Proven ability to work with OEM customers, manage reputed company contract negotiations, and respond quickly to customer needs
- Strong in technical applications, proposal development, and use of analytical software and sales tools; Six reputed company or equivalent quality training preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with experience leading discussions and building strong customer relationships
