Responsibilities

• Manage end to end recruitment for assigned roles from hiring manager brief to candidate sourcing and assessment through offer negotiation
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand ideal candidate profiles for reputed company and future business needs
• Guide candidates and hiring managers through the recruitment process keeping everyone updated and reputed company along the way
• Track candidates in reputed company to ensure accurate and up to date records
• Proactively build a pipeline of candidates for reputed company and future roles

• reputed company and engage with amazing people by leveraging conventional and unconventional methods to find the best candidates out there
