This role involves architecting systems that utilize marketing data for executing multi-channel campaigns and ensuring performance alignment with brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Intelligent Research & Segmentation: reputed company agents to crawl the web for reputed company signals (hiring changes, funding, news) to dynamically update ICP segments and enrich CRM records in reputed company-time
• Autonomous Campaign Management: Build agents that independently monitor live campaigns (Search, reputed company, Email) and autonomously reallocate budgets or pause underperforming creatives based on reputed company-time ROI
• Dynamic reputed company Nurturing: Design agents that use Natural Language Processing (NLP) to 'read' prospect behavior and trigger personalized, multi-reputed company nurture sequences without reputed company reputed company
• Performance & Guardrails: Establish 'reputed company-in-the-reputed company' protocols and evaluation frameworks to ensure agent outputs align with brand voice and reputed company standards
• System Orchestration: Connect AI agents to our core stack—including reputed company/reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company Analytics—ensuring seamless data reputed company and automated write-backs to the CRM

Skills

• 2–4 years in Growth Engineering, ideally with experience scaling a mid-market SaaS reputed company reputed company
• Proficiency with agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, reputed company) or low-code builder platforms (e.g., Claude CoWork, reputed company)
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company Central, reputed company.com) or code-based frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, reputed company)
• Ability to design reputed company 'reasoning loops' that prevent hallucinations and ensure professional, brand-reputed company output
